Nuptek Systems Ltd. is a Canadian federally incorporated research company. It was established in 1981. Until April 9, 1984, it operated as an engineering company under the PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario) license of its president, Bruno Di Stefano, P.Eng. From April 9, 1984, to December 31, 2012, Nuptek Systems Ltd held a CofA (a Certificate of Authorization) issued by PEO, to provide engineering services to the public.

Nuptek Systems Ltd. operated as an electronics, computer, and software engineering consulting company offering diversified expertise in product development and management consulting. By collaborating with other companies, it provided turn-key solutions requiring knowledge of other fields of engineering. Nuptek's fields of expertise have included:

• Electronics & Computer Engineering (Digital Electronics & Microprocessors)
• Software Engineering (C/C++, OOA/OOD using UML)
• Real-Time Embedded Systems
• Fuzzy Logic
• Algorithms Development & Simulation

The company still retain this expertise, but no longer offers engineering services to the public. It conducts independent research.
